I had great customer service Steve a wonderful sales rep this was my second time working them hem. He went out of his way to help me. I had back surgery recently so he got all my paperwork done so all I had to do was sign and go over the new update in the rogue with me.
I was late for my appointment but was taken care of right away. All the service I needed plus a recall was handled quickly. The service department was under staffed , however, Dave had a great attitude with everyone he helped.
I have been going to John Amato Nissan for several years, never a bad experience. The people in the Service department are professional, helpful and honest. I have a Hyundai that was purchased at John Amato Hyundai, when it was time to get my son a car, we purchased a Nissan from John Amato Nissan.
Had a great experience with Jason and the service department. I moved here earlier this year and this was my first time working with this dealership. I brought in my Nissan Frontier because I had some strange behavior from the lights on my dash. The problem took longer than expected to diagnose so they paid for a rental for me. The issue ended up being covered under warranty and they took care of everything with no hassle to me! All I had to do was show up when the vehicle was done being repaired and drive home.
My service rep. was great. He explained the work to be done on my car and repairs needed to my satisfaction.
